Kathy is a lifelong property management professional who started as a Leasing Consultant in Grand Rapids, Michigan and advanced to Marketing and Training Director for a national company with 150+ communities throughout the US. She spent five years with a major apartment industry publication where she gained experience in advertising, promotion and customer service. She is a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and is qualified to conduct CAM and NALP designation classes. She has served on several chapter committees and is recognized for her volunteer work in education by her local apartment association. She is a frequent speaker for associations and private companies.
